Micro module double switches getting ON and OFF randomly !!!
Solved
We installed 12 micro module double switches to control LED lights in a large office space. We are facing the problem of the lights getting ON and OFF autonomously and randomly without our control. We installed diodes to block current from flowing from the wall swich into the S1 and S2 lines of our module (as recommended by Milan from support) but still the same problem exits. What can we do?
The customer is really frustrated and wants to cancel the whole project. Urgent help is needed please.

Could this switch came originally from Qubino? I have one Qubino dimmer, which does same time to time.

Dear Zipato,
I'm just about to send an issue via a ticket as I'm experiencing the same problem.
Basically there must be something wrong with the firmware as it turns on and off randomly. I have no rules, no other relations to my switch, still it life is random, where it should be off.
Is this problem still occuring?

Hello
I just solved this problem by making a physical separation between the switches. Instead of the original customer setup where all units where in the same rack we installed one switch ineach room.
The other variation was the temperature since the original room where the rack was installed was not well aircpnditioned while now inneach room the A/C is good.

I have the exact same problem. I have one micro module per room and many of the rooms dont have any rules attached, but still i get these incidents where lights turn on during the night.

I have stopped using zipatile or Philip modules due to this reason. Switched to fibaro. The zipatile dimmers are ok, they don't need other solution

This is a reoccurring issue with multiple of my zipato micromodules and I've tried rebooting the zipabox, checking that all wires are mounted correct and firm in all terminals and still it happens every now and then.
Its really a annoying issue and still Zipato are not addressing the problem??
Having to change ALL of my micro modules is quite cost full so hope that there is another way! :-(

Still experiencing the problem. What's the tip with diodes on the S1/S2 terminals?
