Hi Vedran, I am aware of the webpage, but new users are not. In the old forum there was a support tab along with the Home, Topics, Knowledge Base, New topic tabs. This would help alot of people if it was returned.
Saves people posting when they should be opening tickets also.

That's pretty sneaky hiding the ticketing system. I bet it really cuts down on the questions they have to field.

Opening a ticket is the best way to get your box sorted out, with hardware and technical issues. If you have puzzle programming problems you best bet is here on the forums.
