Kob2 have two keys, one if shown in the alarm module, but not the other key. Please I need help.

Real-time notifications may not work
I have two equal Keyfob, one configured as Keyfob type that works OK.
The other one can set it as Undefined without allowing another option and NOK.
Why not have the same descriptors?
