Need help whit a rule

I have a rule that turns on a light at 25% in the hallway when motion is detected.
when i am cleaning in the hallway the light will turn of at the set delay and i am in the dark whit may vacuum-cleaner :(
I'm trying to modify the rule in this way: when i set the light manual to > 25% do noting...
The problem now is that i cant set the light manual to more than 25% ??

Why wont you make the rule to act on the motion?
I mean that the lamps stays on as long there is motion. It only turns off when there is NO-motion.

When i turn the light to 100% for cleaning the light will go to 20% when the motion is active...

Here's the rule I'm using.
If light is off then it turn it on at a predefined level.
If light is on it keep it on at the same level until there's movement.
