Need help with Fibaro switch 213 configuration...

Hello,
I installed a Fibaro single switch 213 and connected it to a toggle switch.
When I switch my (real life) toggle, the light turns ON for 1 second and then OFF again. The switch in the Zipabox interface copies this behavior (with a small delay).
My first goal is that the light stays on until I toggle my (real life) switch again. Maybe my settings are wrong.
My second goal is to create a rule: if the light is on for 15 minutes, turn it off (to save energy).
I hope someone can help me. A guest toilet with 1 second of light is hardly usable... ;)
