No events seen at Nexa wall switch event log & no possibility to press a Nexa button virtually

I cannot see any events at my Nexa LWST-615 wall switch log, when there will be fix for this?
I would like to see where it works best and where to tape it for example.
At Telldus Live I could press any Nexa wall switch on or of trough mobile app or PC desktop, will there be fix also for this now those buttons cannot be seen at desktop or mobile app?
