Same problem for me!! In the webinterface my last logs are from 03:03 this morning.

Maybe the Zipato team need to reboot the server "before the weekend" this time. :)

Have a great weekend, David!

Same here. MQTT Publish messages to zipabox are not taken into account

The door of my house remained unlocked today because of that ... great.

Hello everyone,

We apologize for the issues. Our servers are having some issues, all services work fine but as you can see logs are not being updated. We are trying handle the issues ASAP.

You can expect everything to work soon as our technicians are working on it.

Best regards

Hello Mario,

was the problem impacting MQTT service also ?

Because my zipabox stopped updating through MQTT / publish at the same time and now it is returned to normal.

Thanks

Alain

Api doesn't work either, is this due to the same issue ?

Goodmorning Jacques. Do you still have problems with the API? If yes...try a reboot and if still not working submit a ticket.

Logs are now all complete as far as I can see in my system.

The logs for August are now all wrong because local time isn't being applied. All the times have two hours added, which is not even GMT (UAE time?!). So events that occurred at 20:20 appear in the log as having occurred at 22:20.

This chaos with the logs happens at the end of every single month. Why can't Zipato get a grip and stop this happening?

I don't know why this is still marked "solved". It's NOT solved. The log times from August are all wrong.

Hi David. I checked my logs in detail and confirm your findings. I also see correct time now in September but in August it seems like there are 2hrs added to all events in the logs.

Maybe a time zone issue that gets "messed up" every time the server is rebooted. Who knows.
