"No permission" error when trying to post reply on ticket

I get this error when trying to post a reply on one of my tickets: "Sorry, you do not have permission to carry out this action."

Yes, as is the usual Zipato style, they have updated the ticketing system without notifying you and automatically re directing you to the new page.

ps all you old or previous tickets are gone too now I see. So if you have any unanswered tickets, you will need to redo them.

Arghh... and they couldn't migrate the tickets? No wonder they were so keen to close open tickets.
