No PRO Bundle after reset ZIPATO controller

Hello,
I upgraded firmware and bought a PRO bundle and had problem to control devices.
So I deleted all my devices and linked them with poor results. I could not control any devices but I could see them so I decided to restore everything.
After recovery I have no PRO Bundle anymoore and still have trouble controlling certain devices.
