No weather information on home screen

Hi, i don't have any weather information on my home screen, it is not working for a month or more. Ticket still opened. Have you got similar issue

maybe try another city/location. AS Zipato uses wunderground, this is a community based weather update system, you need to select a location that is updated regularly. Go to wunderground and select your area and try and get a station that is regularly maintained. Then use this location as your location for a weatherstation.
