Not able to buy more credits -- UPGRADE TO PRO

Hi everyone,


Each time I try to purchase extra credits to upgrade to a PRO account, I get the following message:


"In order to keep your account secure, user sessions expire automatically after some time of user inactivity."

I tried with Chrome and Safari, disabling cookie restrictions but it did not work. Tried through my Zipatile directly but it did show the same message.


Any ideas?

Looks like they have issues with their interface. In the past I had troubles to make payments to them through skrill (the company they use for epayments) I would open a ticket on zipato support.

Hi,


I'm a new user, I just got my Zipatile today, so sorry if my following question seems weird... ;)


How do I upgrade to Pro? There's a red link to upgrade, and when I choose that, there is a button "Buy now". When I click that I'm supposed to fill in a coupon code(!). Where do I get that? There's no coupon in the box, and as far as I can see, there is no way to enter a credit card numer, Paypal or anything in the UI nor on the Zipato web site?
