not able to change pin

Hi,

when I go to general settings and click on user details, I want to change the pin. When putting in the default current pin of 0000 and then putting in the new pin, after pressing change I get a blank pop-up which states change security pin at the top, but no messages further. I close this pop-up by pressing x. See pictures attached.

Then when I click on save at the top, I get another error saying "failed to save user data". How can I change the current pin? I know it is set to 0000 as I am able to arm or disarm the system using my mobile phone with this pin.......
