Not able to sync and no update in logg

Hello,

Since yesterday there are no updates in the loggs for the devices and sync is not possible.

Anyone else?

sync seems to work, but no updates in history since yesterday 11:00.

Does Zipato has any kind of monitoring?

I have the exact same problem! I have two Zipato mini and no one has a history of sync.

Same for me: Sync seems to work, but logs (e.g. from temperature sensors, humidity, switch states..) stopped at 11h35 on 22.10.2017

Same here. Last entry in log was at 11:35 on Sunday.


So it's obviously not just my box.

Same issue - no state history available since +/- 11:28 okt-22.


What I find interesting is that even though I cannot look up the state, rules do work based on the state changes.

.. update.

The log is visible on the web app. But still not on the App (on Zipatile, the mobile as well as on Imperihome).

So the data are there, but the apps can't read it. Some change done in the data structure?

One of "replica" servers was overloaded today, but it's fixed now. During the night the data will be restored from the main database, and all logs will be visible again.

The log is back now. I can see all the log entries going back to when the log stopped recording.
