Not receiving datas from THGR122NX anymore

Solved

Hello,

I changed the battery then deleted my device and next add it again. Now I have a device "Oregon Scientific THGR122NX multi sensor" but no datas.

Any solution ? Someone with the same problem ?

Try to upgrade to latest 8k beta release and see if it helps

I'm on this firmware version : 0.9.999.8. Is that what you mean ?

No. I recommend you to upgrade to latest beta FW 0.9.999.8k

On the left side of your web browser there is a device manager. Under it you search for controller icon. Select it and search for firmware -> upgrade to the latest beta

Hello Benoit,

please see the pic in attachment, to upgrade to beta firmware go to Controller settings -> Firmware click on the drop down menu, select Beta firmware -> click LOAD and type YES.

After the firmware upgrade rejoin the problematic device and it should work correctly.
