Oregon scienfitic THGR800

Need Answer

Hi,

I am planning to buy an Oregon scientific weather station, and before buying was checking what is supported. It seems all the sets available online include the following:

WGR800 wind sensor - supported

PCR800 rain sensor - supported

THGR800 multi sensor - NOT supported.

In the supported device list it shows the THGR810................ so I want to know if I can include the THGR800 instead, as if only the THGR810 is supported, then it seems all these sets available are useless.

Thanks

Hi, use THGR122NX for the THGR800.

For the WGR800 et PCR800 there are some bugs, some times, some values goes to very high or very deep.

Zipato says it a problem interpreting some transmission data.....

I'have made a rule to not alarm me if wind goes over a max, and the same for the rain.

not 100%, but it does its job.

hmm............... might as well not bother then. Might as well draw some random numbers out of a hat and pretend those are the wind speed and rain level...... LOL

Include it as a THGR810, works just fine for me.

I can confirm that the WGR800 is sometime showing incohérents values. Despite the values on Oregon Dashboard are corrects....
