Organize Rules - sort by name, device, room, etc... and organize in folders

If you've got 100+ rules, how to you organize them? They seem to sort only based on the number assigned when they were created. I havent found a way to rearrange them (so if there is one, pls advice). But if you have a large number of rules, there ought to be a way to sort and categorize them in folders. If this possible?
