I have only one Problem:

In my ZigBee Module i have include the Glow OSRAM CLA 60 RGBW. I can see it.

But in the Device Manager it is everytime "OFFLINE" with a red circle...

I can't get it ONLINE. Please help.

Do you see the following structure in the device manager:

device name -> endpoint name ->cluster names -> attribute names

Do you see the slider with the device icon?

Is the bulb to far away from the box?

Is the bulb connected to the power source?

I see it is marked as OFFLINE. Does that mean you can't control it at all through web UI?

If you cut the power to the bulb and then turn it back on, is it instantly OFFLINE or after a few seconds, minutes...?

The distance is about 4 m to ZipaBox with the ZigBee Module. I realized that the antenna not exact is sitting.

I can't control the Status of Online/Offline through the web ui.

When i cut the power - nothing happens. Offline furthermore...

Can you fix the antenna? Try to screw it out and fix it back to fit better?

If you can't do that (it doesn't fit right), remove the antenna and move the box closer to the bulb, let's say 10cm, to confirm that this is the problem. On a very close distance, it should work even without antenna.

You said "I can't control the Status of Online/Offline through the web ui.". I know that, but can you change the intensity of light level moving the slider in the Web UI?

Ok i make now fix the antenna, but no changes. i don't move the box closer to the bulb because i need a extender. but i think the box recognize the bulb, its not problem of antenna...

i can change the intensity with the slider but again no change...

That was too much. I change now the build with a Philips Hue LED E27 10 W RGBW and Bridge.

Never Osram...

You shouldn't give up so quickly. I made a simple change and would like you to see if it helps. Try exactly this.

Delete the osram bulb, refresh your web browser, synchronize with the controller, put the bulb in the inclusion mode and try to include it again. What happens? Can you control the brightness of the bulb now?

Had last night to decide quickly, because I wanted to surprise my daughter. Unfortunately I have quickly lost patience and have quickly replaced the OSRAM in next shop with Philips.

But I think you're right, to reset the include mode must be the right way.

But many thanks anyway. Great Forum here.

No matter what many currently say. Zipabox is truly unique and also lives from this forum. I find only Homey could possibly be better. But they are still in the initial phase.
