PCR 800 (oregon) repports wrong data on my zipato

Hi,
my oregon pcr 800 repports bad data once or 2 time a day.
It sends me 338 mm/h rain rate or 315 mm rain total without any rain, after that, the rain total is 0 again.
The values are different each day.
What is wrong ?

Same for me.
I opened a ticket for that, but the answer was that the issue is probably coming for the PCR which send corrupted data (despite that the Oregon Station has never shown such bad datas...)
