Hi,
I'm looking to set up an alarm system with Zipato. But couldn't find any information on if the "MULTI SENSOR
DUAL" is pet immune ? Does any one know ?

Very good question. I have one at home, but have no pets. There is a setting for sensitivity. best bet is to contact support.zipato.com. Btw, once they get back to you let us know the outcome. I wonder what they will say.

Yes, it is pet immune IF you fine tune this sensor to the temperature and size of your pet. Some sensors have hardware tuning at the back of device but Zipato Multi Sensor Dual has sensitivity settings available inside our UI so you don't have to fiddle with device after it is mounted on the wall. But please note that if you have a big pet like dog, then making system insensitive to the dog will also allow smaller burglar to move unnoticed.
