Philio Tech PAN11-1D missing attributes in rules creator

The Philio Tech PAN11-1D On/Off switch without power meter will not show any attributes in the rules creator.
I would like to detect if the switch has been triggered manually.

My firmware is: 0.9.999.6

I have the same problem. I am using the "Philio PAN11-1A/B Wall Plug" (with power meter) and the "STATE" attribute is missing, see picture below. I also want to detect if the switch has been turned on. Firmware 1.3.13.
