Philips Hue GU10 Bulps

Hi,
I'm having trouble with the philips GU10 RGBW bulbs, they are added to the hue hub but, after adding they show up in the Zipato device manager, however, my bloom lights work fine, the GU10 bulbs show as "no cluster" where the control settings should be?

Have similar problem.
My Hue lightstrip that works perfect with Zipabox but four Hue GU10 lightbulbs dont react at all.
They do shov up in device menu (see attached).
