Hello. If this is not possible, is it possible to display the video stream of a camera when triggering a sensor? Thank you.

Hello Yves,

the answer is the same, unfortunately, this isn't possible, only the usage in rules is an option for now.

Best regards,

Stefan

If you manage to sideload the apks from Tinycam Monitor Pro and Tasker apps you can do this. But you will need to be proficient with Tasker. In fact with these 2 apps you can even cast streams to your chromecast tv.

Hello Adrian,

I find that very interesting.

Can you share your Tasker configuration with us?

are you familiar with tasker? Tiny cam Pro also works as a plugin for tasker.

Unless you are familiar it would be a little to long to describe.

Basically you have a task using the tiny cam monitor plugin that would, eg, cast the camera 1 to a chromcast device, or open a widget(or full screen) on the android tablet. Then use a profile that would work on for example motion detected within the plugin of Tiny cam. You need to set tiny cam up to operate in the background so it can detect monition on the camera in app, and this drains battery. Or use a Virtual sensor within zipato to send a http request to Tasker that it would react on in the profile. So profile would be if-event-http request recieved-run task tiny cam. Or something similar.

just have a play with tasker and you will see what i mean
