Pin code problem for new user

Hello,
I created a new user.
But, when i want to give a pin code, it doesn't work.
I save. I synchronize. I reboot. nothing work.
I followed several times the specified procedures but nothing changes.
Impossible to assign a pin code to the new user, so this new user cannot activate or desactivate the alarm.
Does someone have an idea ?
For my account, it works. I can change the pin code. No problem.
I need to create multiple users for the alarm mode and home automation.
But actualy, i can't for only one new user.
No connection

Looks like you also need to open ticket.

It's not obvious, but new users have to be given permission. You do this by clicking on their user name (should be formatted to look like a hyperlink Zipato!)
