Popup message stopped working?
Need Answer
I discovered that popup messages stopped working for me a while ago. I don't know when, ads the messages are apart in time.

You mean push notifications? I also noticed they stoped, I confirmed it with a simple test rule and then opened a ticket. I you deleted any device recently make sure you don't have "unknown" devices in your existing rules, it happened to me once, Zipato support fixed an issue with a device changing the descriptor, the rule in which I was using this device was always working, but for some reason the device appeared as "unknown" I replaced those with the "newer" devices (which was the same just with updated descriptor), saved and synced, then my push notifications came back.
I you are sure you don't have any issues like the mentioned above or any invalid rule open a ticket on zipato support. Unfortunatelly Zipato compiler sometimes screws up and won't inform you there are invalid rules.

After some tidying up among the rules, it started to work again!
Of course one can wonder why it suddenly stopped, as I haven't touch anything except doing software updates (the cause?)

For some reason and after going through my rules several times I still cannot receive push messages on my Android phone.
Cause? In my opinion the firmware updates and descriptor updates sometimes makes the controllers to have this issue, it has happened a couple times after firmware upgrade. Previous times I raised tickets and managed to get it back running in a couple days, this time it's been almost two weeks, still no luck or answers from zipato support.

I do not know why zipato stopped sending push messages to added users, only main user (the one that registered the box) can receive push notification .... unfortunately.

Funny, at this time my wife is getting the notifications on IOS but not me (I'm the master user which registered all my controllers). I think there is something messed up since the last updates they have done for clustered systems.

I have the same problem. Push notifications stopped working on my phone (ios 10.3.2) but they still work on my wifes iphone (older ios version). Not sure when it happend exacly - but a few months ago.
