Power module no values

I have a new power module that gives me no values just "-".
I have three clamps attatched and I know I have like 5 amps passing through them.
I have tried resettingbthe zipabox, updated firmeware with no result.
Any ideas?

Which power module are you using? If you are using the Zipato Power module ..reserve the clamps.
