Problem creating a rule for my garage door
Need Answer
I am trying to create a rule that sends me an email-notification if I (or probably my wife) forgets to close the garage door. I have a garage door sensor. The rule attached does send me an email 5 minutes after the door is opened, even if I close the door immediately.
Can someone tell me how to make the rule only send me a notification if the door is left open for five minutes?

Maybe you don't need the join. But when you use the join it locks the rule.

Join means : it joins from one if/when/than into the next if/when/then .
Place a join in front of every "if" and it will work.
