Problem with intermediate position of SOMFY roller

Hi,
I have integrated roller SOMFY
since few months now and I am using them only at 0% or 100% position command
with the slide bar or with scenes.
Today I wanted use a
intermediate position with the slide bar, so I put the bar to 44% but the
roller don’t go down to 44%. Moreover when I changed after the slide bar to
other position like 60% or 100%, the roller doesn’t move and the slide bar
return automatically to 44%.
Now my roller doesn’t respond
to command from the zipabox.
What is the problem ?

I did add my 16 rollers Oximo RTS to zipato on Thursday.
with latest beta ver. I noticed the same problem:
- rollers sometimes does not respond
- time and offset in settings are ignored
- intermediate position problems like by first post
Becouse of Somfy support I decided for this zipato controller & now this.

Hi,
My solution is to create a new somfy device , and so, the old somfy will be recognize again.
After I delete the new device I have created. (only for 0 or 100 %)

I had the same issue and opened a ticket with Zipato. They just provided me with a new beta firmware and I have absolutely no issue anymore. All Somfy shutters works exactly as they should (as previously it wasn't working with shutters sometimes not responding, sometimes not going to the right position, well actually more than sometimes, it was most of the time).
Now it works flawlessly !
