Problem with Security Module and wired zones - no change of status

Hi,

Like a few other users before, I have problems configuring the Security Module and the wired zones.

I have hard-wired zone 1 and zone 2 as motion sensors from my existing Abus alarm. Zone 3 is wired as tempering and zone 4 as maintenance alarm. I have created an alarm pro device and added my different zones. All zones are ready and configured as "Normaly Closed Zones". Zones 5 and 6 are not wired.

Now, not a single zone changes their state from inactive to active when I walk in front of the motion sensor or open the cases to trigger the temper alarm. There is no data to be displayed when trying to see the history of the sensors. When trying a walk test with my still hooked on Abus alarm all motion sensors and the temper alarms work.

Any help would be much appreciated as I would lik to unhook my old alarm and switch fully to the Zipato alarm, which should now work properly.

Forgot one more thing: I have hooked up a 12v battery, which seems to do the job (when I unplug the Zipabox's power cord it stays switched on). Yet I do not see the status and the level of the battery in the device browser (as for the motion sensors).

Dear Frank,

Please switch your security module to the left side (slot 1) and 433 to right side (slot 2) of the Zipabox.

It is necessary that you make this step while the controller is without power.

Once you make this step please let us know.

Dear Christian,

Is this issue always existed on your Security module or now appeared?

Can you please tell us do you have any changes is events log/graph for your zones?
