Problem with Sensor Vision Security

Hello,
I have 2 opening sensors Vision Security. I use a rule for each of them to be notified by mail when the door is open.
This rule works for one of the sensors but not for another.
When I read the logs, I have a feedback for the 2 sensors (false = closed and true = open)
Do you have an idea to help me?

Real-time notifications may not work
