Every device has its own 'description', yiu can look at it as a driver (in Windows OS terms)
So if the descriptor is a driver, re-apply works similar to a reinstall of a driver.
This is to be used if for any reasin the device didn't get its correct descriptor and/or the descriptor is edited by Zipato.

After trying re-apply device descriptors for one device I don't see this device under device list anymore but under abilities I can see. Could you please help me what can I do?

I can see it again, I did some changes under abilities but I don't understand the connection between the settings I made and the reappearance of the device.
