is there any alarm mode with RGBW fibaro in zipato gateway?

There is no way to enable alarm mode or preset programs from zipato yet. It sucks, since is the only RGBW controller in the market I think Zipato should fully support it. I have requested it a few times but seems they are not interested on that functionallity. Not long ago RGBW modules didn't even worked properly on zipato scenes.

I have never tried the alarm mode via the parameters, but check out the manual, parameter 30 http://fibarozwaveshop.com/PDF/fibaro-rgbw-controller-2.1-2.3-manual.pdf. Although under the configuration page there is an option for activating the alarm mode, see attached.
otherwise, try creating a virtual on/off switch that operate the module with 0/100 level commands. Then add this as a siren in the alarm partition.
