Rule for double or triple tap a switch
Under Consideration
A way of creating a switch that can do different things every time you push a button!

Hi al!
I just wanted you to know how to make a simple toggle switch with a dimmer involved.
This rule makes the dimmer light turn on to 100 if I push the switch, and turn of with the same switch if I push the sam switch.
The only thing that is sad is that you can't have every switch like a "normal" dimmer with 4 functions in one button.
1 = One shot push TURN ON LIGHT (to latest light level).
2 = One shot push TURN OFF LIGHT.
3 = Push and hold switch when light is on dim lights upp.
4 = Push and hold switch again when light is on dim lights down.
5 = The Fibaro dimmer 2, you can also dubble tap a switch and the light go to 100%
And the big thing is that this is not simple with Zipato. Ther could be auto generated rules or templates.
And there should be simple to group lights together and control a group of lights.
Any way Happy New Year everyone!

I like you original idea. How well did this work? Did you have to reset to variable to 0 at end of the rule or does it do this automatically, otherwise it would keep adding to the circle wouldn't it?
I did this simple rule with an enocean switch. Two buttons but I could have them change the value of the dimmer to whatever I wanted. Originally the Rule 35 was for 25% and 75% but I changed it to 50 and 100.
