Rule for multiple messages interval

Hi all

I cant figure out how to make a rule, where i get multiple messages on flooding.

I would like one message instantly, then one more after X seconds, and again and again, you get the idea.

I have tried two different approaches, both will give me the first and the second message, but no more thereafter.

Can anyone give me an example on how to build this rule correctly?
