Rule for turn off device between randomly time frame

Hi,
I have created a rule that switch on a socket for lights every night at sunset.
So far - OK.
But I want to switch off the same light randomly between ex. 01.30 and 02.30
Tried to make a randomly wait with 3 hours in seconds but it turns of ofter just a few minutes......
Im not sure if the wait block accept so many seconds.

But your "random" block doesn't appear to be properly attached to the 2nd WAIT block?

I just quickly recreated the first rule I tested to get a screendump and do see that I grabbed a screendump before properly attaching the rule.
But the rule I tested on was attached but still not working.

Maybe save al this rules on a page?
You could save al the rules on a page where we can search for specific rules to save you some time and help people solve diferent solutions. And or have a more detailed explanation off what happens in a rule when different elements is placed in combination with echoer.
