Rule not executed with luminance as trigger on fibaro motion sensor

Hi All,
I've struggling today with getting a rule to work.
What I would like to do is lower the shutters to a certain level when there's direct sunlight on the window.
I've positioned my fibaro motion sensor which is measuring the luminance and it's reporting back the luminance (checked in the live event view).
I'm lowering a bit and waiting / checking again whether the sensor is still in the sun / lowering again / ...
I can control the shutters from the box itself but the automatic rule just won't fire.
Is there something I'm missing here?

I have almost the same rule with a lamp. It does not work for me.
Have you cheked what value the sensor have?

Well my rule fired after a reboot of the box and a full sync.
Try maybe to do just that?
I used "refresh all" after all the different conditions on luminance to re-evaluate after a certain period of time. Works now.
