Rule not showing expected output

Hi
We receive a report that the following rule not showing the expected output:
Zipabox S/N 4A810BBDD2AB4411 Rule no. 15 - Power Up
The rule should change a virtual sensor status from Active to Inactive and send a HTTP Request when a condition is met.
Sometimes, the rule works normally. Other times, it does not. Could you please help us check if there is issue with how the rule is configured, or is there any issue with the service ?

Always start a rule in WHEN block with ANY state. Then insert an IF block and into it insert the desired state - in your case CLOSED.

There are about another 80 zipabox with identical rules setup but why is there only a few experience the issue? We kinda need an assurance that this is really what has been causing the issue.

I think that Attila is right; you need an event to trigger a rule, and your WHEN condition does not seem to trigger an event. So probably better using a WHEN with a time condition; to be repeated every 5 minutes for instance.

When you logged into web ui copy and paste this link into the same browser another tab and enter. It will update the weather. In rules you insert this into the message puzzle and you trigger using a scheduler
