Rule randomly working
Known
Hi,
I have a rule that should notify me when one user uses the keypad to alarm/disarm the home partition.
The rule is very basic as attached. Yet I don't receive all events: sometime arming is not received, sometime disarming is not ... Frustrating.... It feels as if the scheduler is missing events
Olivier.

Real-time notifications may not work
did you check event log?
did you check event log?
Hum I had thought of this but can't find a way to access keypad events
a. Keypad is not an available endpoint to filter events - I checked the oldUI and this time it is displayed, but no events reported.
b. I changed keypad to 'Visible Device' so it is displayed in the device list where I can look up events graph, and it is empty as well.
What am I missing ?

Join it close to the controller, with in a meter. And see if it works, otherwise a new support ticket to Zipato is the best sulotion.

I want to stress that I have no issue whatsoever with the controler receiving commands from the keypad as partition gets turned on/off as requested. It's only the rule that mostly doesn't get triggered -- as if rule listener has a lower CPU priority than the controler and hence misses some events. Also is there a risk that I loose the registered RFID keys if I redo the association as some RFID keys have been given to external people and I don't have them in possession ???
