Need Answer

Hello to everybody.

I'm a new user to zipato and i'm trying to setup some rules and scenes.

When i try to make a rule so a light turns on on weekdays between 6.00am to 6.30am it doesnt work.

i use the scheduler like the image attached.

If i change the repeat to minute it works fine but then i cant tell it not to open in weekends.

What am i doing wrong?

A stopid question, but have you synced your rule(s) to the controller?

well i found out that the problem is the time.. for some reason the time is -2 hours. I checked it but both the time in settings in the web link and in the Zipatile are correct (+2 hours Athens). but instead of 6.00am the light opens at 8.00am..

Try to delete that scheduler and create a new one, I see there is a selection of "stop after 2 weeks", just in case, make sure you save and sync. If that doesn't work open a ticket on zipato support, scheduler seems correct other than the "stop" condition, is your box on a cluster?

or try removing your virtual weatherstation and readding it too. then you will need to update all your rules with the scheduler in place.

I've created the rule several times.. it works but if i want to turn on the light at 6.00 am i have to change it at 4.00 am to turn on at 6.

It's not on a cluster

I read somewhere that it may be due to a firmware.

What firmware are you running? On settings you can check if your controller is up to date and the fact that you chose the right Time Zone. If none of this works, open a ticket on zipato support (https://support.zipato.com).
