Rule Synchronization Failed

So I updated to v1.1.34 and now none of my rules work......Go figure. When I try and synchronize, I get "Rule synchronization failed, Please check your rules or contact support".

Same here, I opened a ticked but no response so far.

I am only getting started but tried to replace my old system today and could not even begin because of this.

I hope this is not typical as I a Need that system to be reliable.

I had the same problem today after upgrade to 1.1.34. Tried synchronisation several times without succes. I then restarted the Zipato box (shutdown power for 10 seconds) and now it seems to work again.

Works again. Embarrasingly, after a restart. However, I swear that I tried rebooting and disconnecting from the mains a couple of times today. I have been around IT stuff for long enough that most problems are solved by restarting (or a good kick). It's been like that since the 80s ...


Still, I hope that this does not occur on a regular basis.
