Rule to always keep a device ON.

Here is a rule to always keep a device ON. It will not prevent OFF, but after a couple of seconds it will
turn the device back ON.
This could come in handy if a device is solely used for watt measuring, i.e, dishwasher etc, thus preventing
it to behave like it is not working, for the rest of the family:)

Why would you need the variable in it? Does it not work without? After turning off, do a refresh state and if the device is off, turn on.

I tried, but this is the shortest rule i managed to get it to work with.
There should be a configuration setting for ON\OFF devices to disable off OFF or ON
in their native settings menu.
