Rule to send a message when humidity is high enough

So, I assumed this would be simple, but it just didn't work and I've no idea how to do it otherwise.

So basically I have a sensor in the garage which reports humidity, and I'd like there to be a message when humidity reaches a certain percentage (in this case, 70%).

No message is being sent even though humidity reached the threshold value. What am I doing wrong?

Dear Mikael,

I attached you example of rule no.1, it worked for me like it should. Also in rule no.3 in WHEN block you should select ANY option, the rest seems fine to me.

Dear Mikael,

everything seems fine with your rule. Check your previous rules to make sure you don't have any invalid rules prior to this one in your example.

I think they all should be good, the sync wouldn't succeed if they'd be invalid, right? To be sure, attached is all the rules I've created.

Forgot to say that this works great now, so this can be tagged as answered.
