Rule to switch off a wall plug according to power consumption

Hello,

I've just gotten my Zipabox to try out basic functionality before upgrading my entire house with z-wave. I'm trying to create a rule where a Fibaro wall plug should switch off and send an e-mail when it's power consumption exceeds a certain amount of watts, but I can't get it to work. I tried it with and without the 'join' option. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Note that I'm aware of the Fibaro wall plug function to switch off when it exceeds a set amount of watts. I'm just struggling to get a rule to work, without any luck so far... I tried other rules as well, according to working samples on this forum. Nothing is working so far, it's almost like the Zipabox is faulty. Yep, I've synchronized with the box after saving rules!

Thanks in advance!
