Rules changes not saved

Hi everyone,
I'm new user of Zipatox box and I have some troubles with the rules creator.
I created a rule (that is relatively important) but I am not able to add some new actions. In fact, when I add action (red underlined in my attachment), I click on save at the bottom of my rule, I synchronize it and if after that I refresh my browser and I edit my rule, actions added are disappeared :(.
If I try to add an action elsewhere, I have the same problem...
Can you help me?

I had the same problem. In my case it was because a condition inside of the rule had no sense.
Try saving step by step so you can identify where or when it happens.
