Why sometimes the icons related to my scenes in Zipatile becomes red?

Real-time notifications may not work
it means they have communication issues or have dropped offline. I get this a lot with contact sensors. Very annoying as you then need to bypass them when setting the alarm. Even though I know they are within range, but just havn't been used for a while.
