Scheduler Time zone

All my schedulers are one hour wrong comparing to what i set them.
I red other cases some years ago and Zipato wrote "fixed" but my zipatile is 1 year old.
Zipatile screen shows the correct hour, so where should I set the correct time zone?

Hi,
scheduler time is setup to UTC and Zipato frontend application converts UTC time to computer time zone where browser is used. It is changed recently, so it could be a reason for this issue.
