Security Module - Voltage

Hi,

Yesterday i install a security module....Can you help me with the following problems?

1) the output Aux+/Aux- is 0V.

2) When i actívate bell Bell+/Bell- is 0V

Only have 12V in Bat+/Bat-

It is imperative to connect the equipment to have voltaje
