Send email after scene run

Does anyone know how or even if possible to achieve the following.
I have a scene set to run when a new guest arrives with 8 devices being set in the scene. Rather than go through each device to check its set correctly i'd like to capture states from devices in a single email.

Real-time notifications may not work
Good question. In the email message it is possible to include devices or
camera pictures with states, but not sure it it is possible to combine
them into one email. For me the email did not contain the snapshot
despite being requested.
