Sending an alert if light not off after some time

Hello,

I'm trying to set up a rule to send me an email if someone forget to turn off a light.

So I got a switch on this light and I want to receive an email if the light is still ON after XX seconds (XX is the maximum amount of time I think this light should be turned OFF).

I don't want the light to turn off automatically, just receive the alert because some few times I need the light to be ON longer.

Here is the rule I made in attached file. The problem is that I receive an alerte even if the light is off before XX seconds.
