Sensative strips include problem

Hello
I just purchased a sensative strips to use with my zipabox.
I cannot include it. I have search and cannot find any reason.
I do as follow
2 magnets are on the strips
I press add module and choose Zwave. Then i remove the 2 magnet
Nothing happens
Sometime i got 5 blinks which means error.
I feel lost as it is supposed to be easy.
My firwware is 1.2.29

I had to reset the tag (thnaks Youtube) and redo it several time to finaly have it included. Painfull.
Now i struggle to have it working. I cannot trap the events :-(
