Server work going on?
Need Answer
I have had numerous automated calls from Zipato over the past few days that relate to dis/re-connection of controllers to the Zipato servers. Not to mention being unable to log into the online Control Center to do any programming at times.
Is there Server work going on?
No connection
Real-time notifications may not work
and again today, I have been trying to get on to the Control center all morning to fix a clients controller, and can not, this is infuriating. Is there something going on again? Who pays for this down time we experience?
Why is their not a downloadable control suite for integrators to use?
